Studium

Training process

Employment and remuneration for the entire duration of the training at HEWI
Study at HFU on the Tuttlingen campus, 2 days per week. Standardised basic studies, optional specialisations after the 4th semester: ‘Mechatronics’ or ‘Digital Production’
Vocational school on Fridays in Tuttlingen for approx. the first 3 years: training as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or cutting machine operator (m/f/d): Erwin-Teufel-Schule, Spaichingen
Practical experience at HEWI: The basics are taught in our training workshop, later you will pass through various areas of the company so that you can familiarise yourself with our production processes and play an active role in shaping them
Project work and bachelor theses can be applied in practice to the applied to the company

Duration of training

9 semesters (4.5 years)

Expert for processes, technologies and procedures (m/f/d)
Automation expert (m/f/d)
Machining expert (m/f/d)
