Good academic performance in maths and physics required
Interest in technology and operational processes
Ability to work in a team and willingness to undergo continuous further training

Training process

Vocational school lessons with an average of 12 lessons per week
Basic skills as well as preparation for and completion of the final examinations are practised and carried out in the training workshop
Familiarisation with the production departments
Projects in co-operation with various specialist departments such as
Maintenance and mechanical engineering are carried out

Duration of training

3.5 years

Additional qualification

Specialised further training courses are also completed externally during training
