Bernd Becker

I am a true HEWI native and have been with the company since 1990.

Just like you, I did my own training at HEWI and was taken on directly after graduation. I worked in maintenance until 1997 – mainly in the area of maintenance and repairs – and finally got my

I graduated as a mechanical engineering technician and obtained my training certificate.

I started out as an instructor in the maintenance and metalworking department. I have been doing the job full-time since February 2023.

What do I like about it? That I can now pass on to you the knowledge that I have gained during my training. I really enjoy equipping you with the skills that will give you the best qualifications to become part of this team in your future career.

Boban Bober

I joined HEWI in March 2004 and was very well received. That’s why, in March 2010, I not only successfully completed my industrial master’s degree in electrical engineering, but also my training certificate.

Now I can support our trainees as they start their careers and experience your professional and personal progress together with you.

I have always been impressed by the fact that HEWI always listens to your questions and concerns. This is exactly what I want to pass on to you, because you will always find a contact point with me.

Tamara Kienzle

I’m kind of the new kid on the block, because I only joined HEWI in 2024. Here I am responsible for HR work on the one hand and for commercial training management on the other. I am particularly looking forward to this, because there is hardly anything better than accompanying young people in their professional development. For me, working at HEWI means being part of a great team, which I hope you will soon be part of too.
