Complaints Manager (m/f/d)

Area of responsibility

  • Responsible for the comprehensive processing of customer complaints using industry-standard quality tools
  • Carrying out root cause analyses and initiating corrective measures with the process owners
  • Customer support in the context of complaint processing (internal/external)
  • Creation and evaluation of quality indicators

Professional requirements

  • Completed technical training in the metal sector/advanced training as a master craftsman, technician (m/f/d)
  • Sound knowledge of quality tools such as 8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why, Core Tools
  • Independent and autonomous working style
  • Professional experience in the automotive industry desirable

Knowledge and skills

  • Independent working personality with analytical and organisational skills and abilities
  • Foreign language: business fluent in English
  • Ability to deal with conflict, ability to work under pressure, ability to work in a team, flexibility
  • Skilful, confident appearance
