Area of responsibility

  • Technical and disciplinary management of a team of approx. 15 employees / holiday and shift planning
  • Implementation of and compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines
  • Responsible for the timely and quality-compliant coating of orders
  • Ongoing improvement of processes and continuous improvement of quality, occupational safety, costs and more
  • Ensuring that processes run smoothly
  • Planning investments and adhering to the defined budgets
  • Responsible for the production facilities, the laboratory and the waste water plant

Professional requirements

  • Successfully completed vocational training as a surface coater / electroplater
  • Alternatively, relevant experience in the surface industry
  • Further training as a master craftsman or technician
  • You have several years of professional experience in a similar position
  • You have good PC skills (MS Office, ERP, etc.)
  • You have leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset

Knowledge and skills

  • Ability to work in a team, ability to work under pressure and time flexibility
  • Communication and motivation skills
